By working with Edwards & Edwards Management, you agree to the following terms: 

PROOF APPROVED:  • You are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for final proof and layout approval prior to the official documents.  • Edwards & Edwards Management is NOT LIABLE for errors on the official documents caused by any of the following reasons:  We will not refund payments or issue free documents to customers who approved sample documents.  • Omitted, Mistypes or Misspelled Words, Grammar, Punctuation.  • You understand that any errors existing on the approved documents will be released and that any additional costs incurred to fix these errors are your responsibility and not eligible to be document free of charge. 

NEEDS CHANGES:  • This job may be printed with the attached changes. You understands that errors will be fixed at no additional charge but changes to the official documents fee. 

INDEMNITY:  By submitting your approval to Edwards & Edwards Management , you agree to the following terms:  • You have verified that spelling and content are correct and assume all responsibility for typographical errors.  • You are satisfied with the document layout.  • You understand that your document will print EXACTLY* as it appears as given on the application that you cannot make any changes once the document is approved.  • You certify that you are legally authorized to utilize any corporation or consulting services being applied  to E & E Management for the purposes of fulfilling these documentation. Further, you indemnify, hold harmless and agree to defend E & E Management, its vendors and affiliates from any suit, claim or demand arising from your reproduction or use of these documents.

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS: • No Exchange or Refund will be applied on any uncompleted payments. • No refunds will be made on any services not collected after (30) days.
